Meet the Bridge Concepts, Inc. team:

Walter Matthews founded Bridge Concepts in 1998, and has been an ACT! Certified Consultant for almost 10 years, with a working knowledge of ACT! for about 15 years. Before working as a consultant, he was in sales for 15 years. This gives him a great understanding of what companies are striving for within their sales force and how ACT! can be best utilized. Walter is located in Dallas, Texas.

Michael Matthews graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002, and has been an ACT! Certified Consultant since 2001. His knowledge of HTML and Internet security has allowed Bridge Concepts to become one of the top resellers of Wired Contact, a web based CRM solution.  Michael stresses efficiency in all of his implementations as he will assist in making technology work for you.  Michael teaches all public and private training classes in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.  Michael is located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dwight Carlson has been an ACT! user since 1989 (when ACT! was only two years old) in his various sales capacities as: VP; Regional Mgr; and Sales Mgr. He spent many years at Xerox Computer Services and other well-known computer companies receiving top VP, Sales and Manager awards through the years.   He was ACT! certified in 1998. He brings an extensive background in sales management along with his prior system design experience and marries ACT!'s comprehensive design capabilities to the sales automation process. Dwight covers the Coachella Valley area in the desert & also Orange County in Southern California and is in Palm Desert, California.

Ken Chance brings 12 years experience using ACT! in his sales and sales management positions with GE, Xerox, Oce, and other Fortune 500 companies during his 28 year sales career.  His sales experience and ACT! knowledge give Ken a unique insight to manage and automate the daily sales processes and reporting.  He has extensive training in ACT! designing and reporting and is an ACT! Premier Trainer.  Ken is located in Houston and covers the Gulf Coast and South Texas.

Michelle Crumpler has an ACT! Certified Consultant for 10 years, and brings 12 years of further experience as a Director of Operations, Technical Writer, and Network Engineer. Michelle is located in North Carolina, and leads our Mid-Atlantic office. She is acknowledged in the ACT! 6.0 User Guide and teaches regular training classes in North Carolina.

Jill Goetz has been an ACT! user since 1997 when her ACT! Certified Consultant was Walter Matthews.  She began consulting on ACT! in 1999.  With a background in sales in the aerospace industry, Jill has a depth of knowledge and understanding of the daily needs for sales people, especially using ACT!.  She is in charge of Technical Support for Bridge Concepts, Inc.
